Shoreline Negotiation Group is a consumer advocacy and negotiation firm based in Florida, Florida. We work exclusively on behalf of homeowners facing mortgage hardship, financial difficulty, and the threat of foreclosure.
We are not a bank. We are not a lender. We do not represent investors or institutions. We represent homeowners — period.
Why We Do This
Most homeowners in financial difficulty don't have access to the kind of expertise that would help them navigate this moment. Lenders have entire loss mitigation departments staffed by professionals whose job it is to protect the bank's interests. The homeowner, meanwhile, is trying to figure out what a lis pendens is and whether they need to open that letter.
We built Shoreline to change that dynamic. Our team has deep experience in Florida real estate, mortgage negotiation, and lender relationships — and we put all of it to work for the homeowner, not the bank.
How We're Compensated
We believe you should know this upfront. Our consultations are always free. We do not charge homeowners out of pocket at any stage. We are compensated only when a specific resolution is reached — and only through the transaction itself, not by you directly.
